Private

Bhimani Workplace Investigations handles sensitive, high‑profile investigations with the potential for significant financial, legal, or public relations exposure. Serious workplace allegations require employers to conduct swift, thorough, and unbiased investigations. While many investigations may be handled internally, allegations against high-level executives, board members, investors, public figures, and other prominent individuals require the involvement of external investigators to thwart any claims of bias in potential litigation.

Our Expertise

Firm founder Arti L. Bhimani and her team specialize in conducting discreet, complex, and thorough external investigations for entities in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. As a qualified attorney investigator, Ms. Bhimani has overseen and conducted countless evidence-based investigations that provide insight into compliance risks, mitigate against misunderstandings that lead to litigation, and improve the overall work environment. External investigations by Bhimani Workplace Investigations make good business sense because they provide a safe forum for employees and employers to raise sensitive or difficult workplace issues and provide candid feedback on an organization’s culture and management. This, in turn, assists workplaces to improve their processes and procedures, increase employee productivity, and minimize litigation.

Arti is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, has a background in conflict management, and spent nearly twenty years handling legal issues relating to discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, whistleblower complaints, and abusive conduct. Arti has investigated, litigated, and overseen single plaintiff cases, wage and hour class suits, and private attorney general actions. Arti has questioned employees and management in all types of employment matters, including traumatic, highly sensitive, and confidential incidents. Arti oversees each investigation performed by the firm and is committed to excellence in the investigation process and the final report.
